INOPROLT – Innovative projects in Lithuania.
NGO was founded on 2017 May. The main aim of INOPROLT is to explore human resources that help them cope with current and future problems, transforming them into life challenges and goals. In past 2-4 years the organisation was providing business finance, digital education, self-awareness, individual consultations and various development and healthy lifestyle through SPORT trainings. Also INOPROLT is participating, organizing different projects and activities in the SPORT sector, entrepreneurship including social media platforms, digitalization and artificial intelligence topics.
The goal of INOPROLT team is to provide the knowledge for the learners they need and share good practice (including work and sport experience) to make their dreams come true. Main NGO INOPROLT activities are training and seminars, outgoing learning visits for adults and youth. INOPROLT is implementing seminars, training via non formal education, experiential learning methods.
Main fields are self-development, digitalization, and entrepreneurship. In the last few years we implemented several different trainings and workshops in these topics: digitalization’s effectiveness in social life and business, social media & platforms in business development, self-confidence, digital marketing. In digital marketing we touched basic marketing principles (understanding clients, measuring results etc.), mainstream social media platforms, designed effective marketing ads and created advertising campaigns using Google Adwords and keyword planner analytical tools.
