Bilişim Vadisi is Türkiye’s largest technology development zone with its ever-growing Mega Technology Corridor formed by its 4 campuses located in Kocaeli, Istanbul, Izmir, and Baku, its technology development area of more than 3.5 million m2 in total, and most importantly, its ecosystem with more than 8000 R&D employees, more than 600 technology developer companies and more than 150 technology entrepreneurs in its incubation centre, which continues to grow every day. In the 2023 Industry and Technology Strategy published in 2019, Bilişim Vadisi, which focuses on the goals of the National Technology Move (Milli Teknoloji Hamlesi), which is stated as the name of the transformation of technology in Türkiye, is one of the most important stakeholders and representatives of the National Technology Move, as stated in the Teknogirişim Strateji document published in 2022. Within the scope of its goals to grow its ecosystem, Bilişim Vadisi carries out activities such as accelerators, incubation programs, entrepreneurship skills development programs, and strategic event activities to support especially aspiring entrepreneurs.

Bilişim Vadisi swiftly identifies the needs of technology companies and provides solutions with strong shareholders including the Turkish Patent, Turkish Standards Institute, KOSGEB, various chambers of industry and commerce, and universities. Hosting 500+ domestic and foreign companies and 5000+ R&D personnel. BV also host the largest mobility project in Turkey. TOGG Turkey’s electric vehicle project. TOGG’s headquarters and R&D office are located on our Kocaeli Campus. BV has determined six focus areas in line with its goals: Mobility, Connectivity Technologies, Smart City, Cyber Security, Gaming, and Design. It carries out activities to support technologies and entrepreneurs developed in these areas, and to build and run ecosystems with high-capacity infrastructure. With its incubation centre Bilişim Vadisi hosts over 150 entrepreneurs and provides 24/7 support to pre-incubation and incubation entrepreneurs, provides open and closed workspaces, sales follow-up management support, training (entrepreneurship + business), acceleration programs, hackathon events, financial and legal consultancy support, patent consultancy support, mentoring support, investor meetings, demo day events and unlimited internet and electricity support.
